DC motors have high inductance, meaning that the current going over it will resist to change. When you turn off a pair of nmos, current will likely start flowing over the the other pair, from source to drain. Depending on the spec of your nmos, you may consider using diodes in parallel to nmos to carry this current. Obviously these diodes should be reverse biased during normal operation.

In my last two jobs in two different countries the unwritten rule is to not schedule a meeting between 12-13. Not everyone has lunch at the same time, and everyone is free to have lunch whenever they want, but this guarantees that you will have some time to have lunch even if you are booked by meetings around noon. But it doesn’t really solve the timezone issue.

When there are multiple relevant communities, I post on the smaller community and crosspost that to the bigger one. How do they pic the image that is served with the news? Not only that a globe does not seem very relevant, Norway isn’t even visible on the globe.

In order to save what I did in flipanim I must have an account. I tried to register but it asks for an invitation code. I googled it a bit, according to some user comments in flipanim I believe they closed new account registration at the moment.
