Because it looks like the words are on a rod, like kebab meat
I wrote an interpreter for it just a few days ago, in Haskell
All of those were caused by human mistake. But this does not mean that they must be discarded. Because human mistake happens. If it is with a solar panel, it’s inconsequential. Not with a nuclear reactor. So yes, it is an issue to consider, but in truth all it means is that we have to be VERY careful
There are two main problems in my opinion, and they are both related to the “fuel”. First, uranium is rare and you often need to buy it from other countries. For instance, Russia. Not great. Second, it is not renewable energy. We can’t rely on nuclear fission in the long run. Then there’s also the issue of waste, which despite not being as critical as some argue, is still a problem to consider
Just… no. Coming from an anarchist communist
It absolutely is. Coming from an anarchist communist.
Without regard for the political content (which I agree with), this is a very bad and unfunny meme.
Same. I bought my GPU at like 170% of its MSRP. I regret it now, should have went the amd way
Really? They always worked very well for me, with a bit of fiddling around
This so much. I absolutely cannot stand Windows anymore.
Jokes on you, I have two monitors and 9 workspaces (I don’t know how you call these)
Why would anybody use NTFS? btrfs ftw. Also all EFI partitions are FAT. And lastly, if you want a USB stick to be portable across operating systems, FAT is still the way to go
Yes. It is their right to block whatever they want on their instance. People who are upset by this ban can just move to an instance that is closer to their opinions.
lemmy.world blocked it. I guess it is their right to do so, if you want to keep access to it move to another instance (it is not healthy that so many people are on LW).
Why would one need a persistent profile though? This isn’t Mastodon, here accounts are throwaway, just like on Reddit
Nah Kate is fine if it works for you :)
You can change your product.json to gain access to the Microsoft extension repositories. I still don’t do it because fuck ms, for the few extensions that I do need I download them as .vsix on the web frontend.
Think of us poor French citizens stuck with this shitty government
Gotta live the Ocaml_case
