I don’t think they were talking about most of the NT world, just the sociopaths running things. They might be in to something.

I met a guy like this. He just changed jobs every year. His past employers said they never got any work out of him, but he just kept leapfrogging, getting better and better jobs at each company advancing his career.
What’s funny is when I space out looking at my other monitor folks in the meeting just assume I’m working.
I schedule an hour for lunch and play video games during meetings.
I’m at a loss for words.
Imagine the network of Taylor Swift DNA trading.
And you know someone is going to fuck it.
Put em in a small boat or wagon or something.
It’s a widely talked about issue with deep space travel.
It’s actually really awesome and truly helps with my work.
Socialism and communism would also have been accepted.
I usually hate your biased posts, but this is fire.
A career is about skill mastery. Pick something valuable, that you enjoy or can tolerate, and just keep practicing at it. If you’re smart enough to go to an engineering school that’s the right track. Otherwise welder, electrician, plumber, tree trimmer, lineman, whatever. Just master the skill. Don’t do the bare minimum to get a paycheck. Master. The. Skill.
Or maybe just a really good character actor?
How has no one mentioned The Wire. It might be, without exaggerating, the best show ever made, still.
Fuck off entirely. Don’t try to hype it, there is only wait and see with this one. They absolutely fucked dragon age already. They could have done nothing but increment on Origins.
Could have gone the larian rout. But no, new engine, new mechanics, every game, that no one ever asked for or wanted.
Stop ruining working formulas. Stop getting hyped for empty promises. Make them earn it.
Honestly it’s a bad idea. Might be fine, might not be. Not worth the risk. Some unhoused folks are addicts or mentally ill. People tend to return to places that become familiar. The might come back again. Maybe to rob you.
I’m speaking from experience. I gave a guy a place to live to try to get back on his feet, in exchange for some work. Realized he’s a severe addict and couldn’t get rid of him. Then I look like the asshole for putting him back on the street.
What are you talking about? I take hour long video game breaks and nap breaks in addition to lunch. I probably actually code for like 3 hours a day, but I get more done in those 3 hours after charging up than if I’d sit there staring at code for 3 hours.
