It’s a butchered version of some of Cicero’s writings used by print setters for hundreds of years.
If you Google “Lorem Ipsum” there’s lots of stuff out there about it. But it’s basically nonsense. You could go and find the original Cicero writings. This article popped up on Google for me and references the work, along with info in how or why it’s used.
I did it a few years ago. Haven’t looked back. Once you embrace and get used to using the workspaces and window tiling and you won’t be able to go back to Windows clunky window management.
Nonsense. If the value output of an employee is equivalent then they should be paid the same. It’s a net negative to employers if employees work in expensive offices, so if anything your argument says that in office workers should be paid less because they cost the company more.
I’d rather have 30 incredibly intense and productive hours than 60 completely chill no stress do a little of this a little of that hours.
My old job was 60-70 hours of incredibly intense productivity (was working for a Japanese corporation) and I learnt at a rate well above what other workers would due to the intensity, but then I had a breakdown from burn out. Keeping that tempo for fewer hours is the best of both worlds. Employers need to be focused on output rather than time logged.
You basically haven’t played any of the game then lol. It’s a long slow burn but it’s absolutely beautiful. Make your way through that tutorial section and get your ship, from there it really opens up.
