Yeah they have been around for ages. I have some DeWalts that work pretty well
It is probably an old case design. In the early water cooling days, there would be separate watercooling units that sat outside the case. The grommets were so you could pass your tubing through.
I wouldn’t really worry about the dust tbh, you will wind up having to clean it regardless.
Don’t worry you are better off thinking there isn’t one
There is actually an open source eReader, openbook https://www.oddlyspecificobjects.com/projects/openbook/
Unfortunately, the current screen it uses is not being made anymore. People have stated that they have gotten other screens to work, but no official instructions on using them yet
Many oyster mushrooms are, but unless you grew them from a box you know are safe, I would steer clear.
I work at a big box hardware store, and I can confirm that almost all deck and structural screws are moving to torx. (much to the older generations dismay)
Tbh 99% of the hate for hex is probably because Allen keys exist, and are included with everything. Those things are just pure hell. Hex is fine if you have proper drivers for it, but a lot of people don’t.
Note: Speaking as someone that lives in America, I’m sure the rest of the world has already solved this.
Until you find out that a usbc plug fits inside a usba port and you can mix them up when reaching around your computer. (Don’t test this on anything that is powered on, I did it on accident once and it triggered my motherboards usb overcurrent failsafe)
How is that going to work?
Simple, it won’t
That would be Lemmy-UI aka the website
It is a classic video, look up “Fuck you Baltimore” meme video. I guarantee it has been reposted elsewhere
Most viruses now start off by scooping up all saved browser passwords automatically then sending them to a remote server. So if one of those ever goes off on your system you are at quite a risk. Especially since there are really good other options that aren’t vulnerable to that
You are right that the metal backs are usually laser etched. The plastic ones on the other hand are usually injection molded then screen printed.
The injection molding is well outside what most would consider “hobby grade”, however there are many guides on how to diy screen print (though running it on curved surfaces is an extra challenge). So your best bet would probably be to buy a clone back cover with little or no writing on the back, then screen print on your own custom stuff.
Remember the ! It makes the link more click-able in more clients.
I just recently moved my super old Mc server off reddit to a custom Discourse insane, and I’ve got to say it is lovely
There were several revisions of it
This is my solution as well. It is worth remembering however that unlike paid services you are on the hook for your own backups. Not really a downside IMO, but something extra that needs to be done.
