I smoked crack in my teens. I think it’s an unfair stigma to judge crack worse than cocaine - even though I know you’re not proclaiming that or anything.

The was in the 90s when I was growing up. Some asshole straight up came into my parent’s house and took these expensive ass Guess shorts while I was napping. Also had my wallet and ID in there. I haven’t kept up with anything chiptune related in prob 10 years or so, so no I am not too familar with any new tools for the GB. I did enjoy making music on it though. It fun to work creatively when there are a bunch of limitations!

I made it a month once. It’s really seated as more of a psychological addiction for me. I am going to try reading Allen Carr’s “The Easy Way” for quitting vaping to see if I can start the brainwashing process of not “needing” this fix.

What?? KMFDM back in the 90s were groundbreaking with their name and album art alone. Very stylized, nihilistic vibes aesthetically when I would see their albums in the record store - even before I ever listened to them. Hell, I even shoplifted a cassette tape from Camelot Records when I was a teenager just cuz I was so intrigued as to what this band was about.
