The former 2 I use primarily, the latter 3 just on occasion. I do also have a couple of Lemmy accounts on other instances but no longer use them.

Ditto. Originally started with Beehaw but preferred kbin and the UI/extra features, so stuck around here on kbin.social. As for Twitter I hopped to Mastodon with little issue aside from having to move instances once.

Agreed on all points. If I was breaking down boxes often I would absolutely be using solely boxcutters for them and nothing else.

Box cutters, none at the moment (though I’ve had up to 3 at once, 1 normal one and 2 of those folding types with the 1-1.5inch long changeable blades you know the type.)

Blocking domains isn’t meant to be, nor functions like, an instance block. More of a “I hate seeing links from whatever.com appearing in my feed, so im blocking that domain so any threads linking to it won’t appear”. Doing the same thing on an instance’s domain will block some things, but far from all.

kbin will have an actual instance block ‘soon’, however.

Edit: Also what Arotrios said - it’s also buggy right now and having a domain blocked is breaking shit for some people.

Boot drive is 1TB. Currently 176GB free with 21 games installed (BG3 is definitely the largest lol) and all my other non-gaming stuff.

Also have a combined 30TB in external HDD’s (with about 1TB free) as my PC is also a Plex server, but that’s not game related (well cept roms lol).

Can confirm it is not affecting everyone. Posted numerous threads yesterday with zero issues. I have gotten this error numerous times when trying to block or upvote as you said, though not for the last 4-5 days or so for me.

My Plex server will continue forward on it’s ongoing 12+ year long mission of not giving a fuck while continuing to provide me with all my content!
