My home desktop only has 500GB(!!) and before today it had a little more than 100GB left. I’ve been downloading BG3 last several hours and guess how much space is left😭

I’m not into gaming much and the only other large game that’s installed is WoW, and those two games occupy ~300GB.

That made me realize, for those who enjoy gaming, it must require a lot of storage to play AAA games, etc. How much storage do y’all have on your PC/consoles?

*edit: it doesn’t have to be for gaming only!

    Xbox Series S - 500 GB internal, 2 TB HDD for older games .

    PC- 128 G boot SSD, 1 TB SSD for games, 4TB HDD for other storage.

    I wish I had nvme but my build is a little bit of a dinosaur.

      I had the same issue with NVMe, but you can get 4x PCI-E cards to install them on. Wouldn’t work as a boot drive but it’s great for a games installation space. Just check installing another card doesn’t drop your GFX from the 16x. My old ASUS Gene V had two 16x style slots and an extra 4x so I could manage to add one card without dropping the GFX to 8x.
